Sale-a-bration workshop make and take gift baskets

Here are the cute gift baskets I am doing for Sale-a-bration workshops. They are a lovely idea to give that special someone in your life - just fill it up with chocolates and you have a scrumptious Valentine's Day gift.
If you would like to learn how to make one of these, I would love to show you. All you have to do is book a workshop with me.
The heart stamps come from the Summer Mini catalogue and is called I Heart Hearts. Stampin'Up! is currently donating $2 from the sale of each set to the Red Cross Haiti Earthquake Appeal. Stampin'Up! are so quick to always help out when there is a major disaster somewhere in the world. They are a fabulous company to be associated with!

21st Birthday album/card

Sorry it's been so long between posts. I am slowly revving myself back up to get back into my stamping after several very busy weeks of being everything but a Stampin'Up! demonstrator. Just feel like I need a really good rest!!! But don't we all this time of the year!

Anyway, I thought I would show off some of the pages I created for my DS's 21st album card. I've used Washington Apple and Tangerine Tango DSP to cover a chipboard tag album. I decorated it using Stampin'Up! ribbons, rub-ons and stamps. I really like the label stamp from the new Sale-a-bration set Vintage labels - works so well with the Designer Label punch! I inserted a page of Naturals Ivory cardstock between each sheet for family and friends to write on. For someone who does not show much emotion - I do believe he was rather chuffed by it all!

Butterfly Cirlcle Card

Happy New Year to you all! It's been awhile between posts - basically because life gets very hectic at Christmas/New Year in our household. In a way it is good to have a break from creating, gives you time to reflect on things and get some new ideas. I'd have liked to have had some quiet time for me but here we get the festivities out of the way and then we hit the birthday trail - all 3 offspring celebrate birthdays at this time of the year.

So creativity has to be fired up before the 4th of Jan as that is when DD celebrated her 19th. Here is her birthday card for this year. I've had this as an idea since doing the Circle of Friendship card in a recent posting.

I've used the new Butterfly Prints set from the summer Mini catalogue as well as the tiny butterfly from the Flight of the Butterfly set in the IB&C. Card used was textured cardstock in Pixie Pink, Pink Passion, Gable Green, Tempting Turquoise and Summer Sun. Punches used were Butterfly and Wide Oval. Circles were done using the Circle Scissors.

DD was suitably impressed and has said it will remain on display in her room for the year. Always know I've done a good card when it remains on show long after her birthday!!!!

Now I have to come up with a 21st creation for DS next week..........
