March Class - Chalkboard Technique

Okay I said I would post one of my class samples for the other half of my March class showing off the chalkboard technique - well here it is finally. I've had a busy time as worked on our Stampin'Up! stand at the Melbourne Papercraft Expo last weekend. It was a fun time and I met so many lovely papercrafting ladies who were head over heels with Stampin'Up! products. I forgot my camera so sorry there are no pics of our stand which looked fabulous as always!!!

Here is my chalkboard sample -

I'm sure you will love playing with this fun technique. So if you would like to learn how why not come along to my classes this month? You will also learn Herringbone technique at the same class. Go home with a handmade card using each technique plus a technique card for each one. Here are the details :-

Class times -

Thursday March 28th at 7.30pm
Friday March 29th at 1pm
Saturday March 30th at 1.30pm

Cost - $20 includes instructions and all materials. Please bring a paper cutter to speed up your card creating. If you have one - a white colouring pencil will be helpful (raid the kid's pencil case!)

Please email me to book your place   jannic@bigpond.com  Classes are held in Mount Waverley.

I do know the dates are Easter but these are the only dates that work for me this month and it is the last week of the month when I have regular classes - sorry. Being a shift worker and working the majority of public holidays they really have no meaning for me, I'll be here so hope you can be too!!!!

  1. I would like to learn how to do this 'chalk board' technique but as I am in Adelaide, attending the class is just not on the card.

Do you have any videos of your techniques?

  2. Sorry Tim, I'm not much of a technical person. the best I could do is a photo tutorial. Will try and do when I have some spare time!

    Cheers, Janine.
