Our first activity was to role play as Alpha and Beta personalities. My "demo sister" Julia Quinn was dubbed as the "leader" and got to wear the Queen sash!!!! I was the observer and it was fascinating to watch the demos on my table act so out of character. Here's Julia below in her lovely sash!
The demonstrators who recently arrived back from their Incentive trip cruise with Stampin'Up! made a 2 inch square sample each and it was made up into the beautiful sampler by Marelle Taylor. Here she is presenting it to Aaron Scott Business Development Manager for Australia.
Here's a closer pic of the sampler. Sorry about the reflection. The sampler is a fabulous display of talent.
After our sessions it was off to Managers Reception at the Myer Mural Hall. Here I am with Julia having welcome drinks and enjoying drinks and delicious nibblies.
And here are some of my lovely team who achieved the Leadership session and Reception. Congrats Rebecca Scurr, Tracy Penn, Tricia Raineri and Jessica Williams.
Look what awaited us at our tables when we made our way into the Mural Hall!
This next photo shows you just one of the magnificent paintings decorating the walls of the Mural Hall. The hall was designed and decorated in the 1920's to celebrate women and it certainly does that in all the paintings adorning the walls.
I just had to include this next pic. Anyone who scrapbooks will appreciate it! Julia and Jenny Hayward are two of the happy snappers.
I love this photo of my team of talented Managers and above who were invited to Managers Reception. We also had a photo taken of all attending demonstrators taken on this agnificent staircase. I'll post it when Stampin'Up! release it.
To finish, no Managers reception is complete with out a photo taken of me with my "sister" demo Julia by the welcome to reception sign. Just saw my strange stance! That was due to the blisters on my toes from too much dancing!!!!
Thankyou Stampin'Up! for a wonderful day and evening! They really are an awesome company to be associated with!
