Work of Art Card

Only one more day and we are officially into the new 2014-2015 Stampin'Up! Annual Catalogue here in Australia! So here is a sneak peek of one of the popular new stamp sets from the new catalogue.

The stamp set is called Work of Art 134111 and the set contains 11 stamps - 4 are sentiments, the rest are brush stroke images.

I have seen loads of cards on Pinterest created using this set. For my first play I wanted to create something different, so using my Stamp-a-ma-jig from Stampin'up! I came up with the card below.

The heart shaped stamp image just screamed out flower petals to me so I created a flower image using it - hence the need for the stamp positioner! The background brush strokes are also an image from this stamp set as is the sentiment.

I do like the new thick bakers twine too! And what do you think of the new In Colour - Hello Honey for the petals?
