Build a Blossom Flower Card

Here is a card I made which is very different in style for me. I took inspiration from the Stampin'Up! Idea Book & Catalogue page 81 for the flower composition and then went on my merry way from there!

Using the Blossom Petals Builder punch, which co-ordinates perfectly with this stamp set, I stamped and punched out the larger petals, leaves and flower centre, then fussy cut out the inner petals. Dimensionals under the inner petals added some depth to the flower and it was adhered to some First Edition Speciality DSP, Basic Black card and folded Rose Red card. The ribbon is matching Rose Red narrow grosgrain and the sentiment comes from the stamp set Perfectly Penned. ( Love this set!!!!! ) Some paper curling and distressing to card edges and my card was complete and as I said something very different from what I usually create!
